A deposit of 50% of the total amount per person (unless otherwise stated) must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit forms part of the final payment, which must be paid no later than 45 days prior to departure (unless otherwise stated).
If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply the cancellation charges listed below.
When a booking is made within 45 days prior to departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for processing. All unused documents must be included with the request.
We strongly recommend that passengers obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including:
After an airline ticket has been issued, the airline will impose a cancellation fee of at least 80% of the ticket value, which may reach the full ticket cost.
No refunds will be made for unused services.
Except for domestic travel, all passengers must possess a valid passport and the necessary visas.
Please ensure that your passport remains valid for at least 6 months beyond the duration of your trip.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of the correct travel documentation required for entry into the countries visited. We cannot accept responsibility for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.
If you have any complaint during the trip, please notify the local representative immediately.
If you wish to submit a formal complaint after the trip, you must contact us in writing within 30 days after your return.
Complaints received after this period will not be considered.
Each passenger is entitled to carry one suitcase whose total dimensions (length + width + height) do not exceed 160 cm, with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
Airlines allow only one piece of hand luggage per person. Personal belongings such as cameras, makeup, and similar items must be carried in the cabin.
Baggage exceeding the permitted limits may not be accepted for transportation.
All baggage is carried at the owner’s risk.
Expenses and services not specifically mentioned at the time of booking are not included, including but not limited to:
